Gamma Company held a three - day staff training activity from 27th to 29th, December, 2024. Nearly 50 employees participated, with the theme of "Training Empowers to Strengthen Abilities, and Practical Training Initiates a New Journey".

On the first day, Ms. Lyu explained the corporate culture, talent concept and employee code of conduct of Gamma Company, emphasizing the employment principle of "people - oriented, integrity and cohesion, innovation and progress, and continuous deep cultivation", which deepened the employees' sense of identity with the company culture.

Subsequently, Ms. Linda conducted training on "Basic Business Etiquette" and "How to Communicate Effectively". Through cases and interactions, the participants learned to show a professional image in business occasions and master more efficient communication strategies.

Finally, Mr. Shen carried out the "Basic Knowledge Training of Company Products" for sales staff and service engineers. The training focused on the core technical characteristics and application fields of Gamma's PSA nitrogen generators and oxygen generators, helping the sales and service teams better master product information and serve customers more accurately.
