From March 26th to 28th 2025, Gamma Gas participated in the 25th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE) in Beijing. As a premier event in the oil and gas industry, CIPPE showcases cutting-edge technologies and innovations. At this year’s exhibition, Gamma Gas presented our state-of-the-art PSA nitrogen generators, featuring 99.5% purity and a production capacity of 2800 Nm³/hr, designed specifically for oilfield nitrogen lifting applications.

Our nitrogen generator consists of two containers: one container houses a custom setup with four 200 KW two-stage screw air compressors, while the other container contains dryers, filters, and four PSA nitrogen separators, each producing 700 Nm³/hr of nitrogen. This design achieves a total nitrogen output of 2800 Nm³/hr with an air factor of less than 2.4:1, ensuring exceptional efficiency. Engineered to operate effectively in extreme temperatures and sandy desert environments, our PSA nitrogen generators offer a significantly lower production cost compared to membrane nitrogen generators and other alternatives.

During the exhibition, our booth attracted a lot of visitors, including industry experts, procurement professionals, and partners from both China and abroad. Engaging discussions took place around our advanced technologies, showcased products, and the industry solutions of onsite nitrogen generation for oilfield nitrogen lifting,etc applications,etc.

This event provided clients with valuable insights into Gamma Gas’s strong capabilities in product design and manufacturing. We emphasized the comparative advantages of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generators over membrane-based systems in oilfield applications. Many visitors expressed their interest in collaboration.
