Warranty

Within the warranty period, we will provide you with free warranty service for the equipment you purchased. The warranty period is usually 12 months from the date of acceptance or 18 months from the date of leaving the factory (whichever comes first). Our equipment warranty scope is limited to the equipment quality problems caused by design, manufacturing or materials, and the free warranty service does not cover the equipment failures caused by irregular operation, bad environment impact, human damage and other unpredictable accidents. You can check the detailed warranty period and terms in the equipment purchase and sale contract.


Within the warranty period, when you find defects in the equipment you purchased, please notify Gamma Gas company in writing as soon as possible. We will arrange staff to contact you after receiving the notice. After preliminarily understanding the equipment situation, we will arrange professional after-sales service engineers to go to the site(if needed) for investigation and verification. At the same time, our after-sales service engineers will fill in service (claim) report based on the equipment operation status and the actual situation on site. We will quickly respond and provide you with the best solution.
