Long Separation cycle
In the operation process of PSA generator, adsorption towers separate gases by the cycle of adsorption - desorption - adsorption. In one cycle, the adsorption tower has one pressurized adsorption and one pressure reduction regeneration (emptying) process. During emptying process, while completing the CMS regeneration, energy is also emptied and wasted, and the pressurization process will cause impact on the molecular sieve bed layer. Therefore, emptying cycle, not only means the loss of energy consumption, but also directly affects the life of the molecular sieve CMS and the process control valve. Based on 8000 hours/year operation, the conventional working cycle of PSA generator has switching action times 2.6 million times/year.
By using long-cycle CMS system, compared with conventional short-cycle, the molecular sieve pressure impact times and valve action times of C series nitrogen generators are reduced by 50%. This important design, logically ensures the longer life of the molecular sieve, container, valve, and the high reliability of the nitrogen separation!

Integrated with N2 flow meter, analyzer, dew point, temperature, pressure and other sensors, and built-in Internet of Things communication V-Box, users do not need secondary wiring, can achieve local or remote monitoring and operation. If the user needs to assess the energy consumption index of the generator (compressed air consumption), only need to install a flow meter at the PSA inlet, the machine can directly display, measure the nitrogen generator's energy consumption index, air-nitrogen ratio, convenient for energy consumption management and optimization.
