Two PSA nitrogen generators with an 8-tower model, boasting a purity of 99.999% and a production capacity of 600 Nm³/h, have been successfully delivered to an SMT factory in Tỉnh Phú Thọ, Vietnam. From Gamma's manufacturing base in Shandong, China, the overland transportation to the destination took merely one week, demonstrating remarkable logistical efficiency.

Under rated operational conditions (ambient temperature of 20℃, inlet pressure ≥ 0.7MPa, pressure dew point of 3~5℃, and oil carryover ≤0.003mg/m³), these nitrogen generators achieve an impressively low operating cost, consuming less than 0.483 kWh of electricity per cubic meter of nitrogen produced.

In practical applications, the PSA nitrogen generators play a crucial role in the SMT production process. By injecting nitrogen into UV ovens, they create an inert atmosphere that effectively prevents material oxidation and significantly enhances the curing efficiency. In SMT equipment, the nitrogen supply not only improves soldering quality by reducing oxidation during the soldering process but also safeguards sensitive components from potential damage. Additionally, it optimizes the printing process, ensuring more precise and reliable results.
